Demo: an administrator types “Create an enrollment form for Sunday School, add a registration fee + monthly tuition” into the Autopilot command bar. The agent then takes over the screen — it opens Enrollments, opens Manage Forms, starts a new form from the Enrollment template, names it Sunday School Enrollment, picks the school, creates it, opens the form editor, opens the billing settings, attaches a $75 registration fee, requires it at submission, sets an $85 monthly tuition schedule, turns on autopay, saves, and publishes the form. Seventeen steps, finished in about forty seconds.
